Pizza de Weyz · Kitchen terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pizzadeweyz.rest, operated by Pizza de Weyz, 210 5th Ave, New York, NY 10010, USA. By using the site or placing an order through it, you agree to these terms. They do not replace any specific agreement you make with the kitchen by phone, such as a large group order with its own lead time.

The ledger

What the kitchen holds you to, and what it owes you

Every clause below works the same way the kitchen works: each promise is either on the ticket or it is not a promise at all. Read the sections in any order, or check the plate by the door for the summary you need at the moment — the eight clauses are the ones that matter when you order, when something goes wrong, and when something is unclear.

Using the site

You may use the site to view the menu, check delivery information, contact the kitchen, or place an order. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to interfere with its operation, no submitting false orders or false contact details, and no using the site to send unlawful content. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown on the menu page and are the prices you pay at the time of order, subject to any correction of an obvious error. The minimum order and delivery fee are shown before you confirm. Orders are subject to acceptance by the kitchen; if we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and no charge will be made. An order placed through the site is not confirmed until the kitchen has accepted it.

Delivery

We quote a delivery window as a range, not a single arrival time, and the range depends on distance, traffic, and how busy the kitchen is. Delivery windows are estimates and are not a contractual deadline. If we cannot reach you at the delivery address after a reasonable wait, the order returns to the kitchen and is subject to the refund policy. Delivery areas and ZIP codes are listed on the delivery areas page.

Payment

Payment for a delivered order is made at the door by card or cash. Payment for a carryout order is made at the counter, by card or cash. We do not process card payments on this site, and we do not store card data. If a payment does not go through at the door, the order may need to be settled another way, and we will discuss that with you at the time.

Refunds and remakes

Refunds and remakes are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. The refund policy explains what qualifies, what does not, how to report an issue, and the timelines. Reporting an issue by phone is the fastest route. If you disagree with the outcome under the refund policy, that policy explains how a second review works.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, and the site design, is owned by Pizza de Weyz or used with permission. You may view the site and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, republish, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission. The business name and any marks displayed on the site belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, from a delay in delivery caused by events outside our control, or from data or services provided by third parties that we do not operate. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when our practices change; the current version is always on this page and the revision date is shown at the bottom. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact us at +1-212-555-0954 with any question about these terms.

The plain reading

What you actually agree to, in one card

The clauses above are the working copy of this page. The card beside them is the kitchen's own short version — the four things a caller most often wants confirmed before they order. Neither replaces the other; where they seem to disagree, the clauses above are what applies.

The short version

Four things a caller asks before they order.

  • Prices hold at the moment of order

Menu prices are what you pay unless there is an obvious typo; the minimum and delivery fee are shown before you confirm.

  • The window is a range, not a deadline

Distance, traffic, and kitchen load decide the range; if we cannot reach you, the order returns and the refund policy applies.

  • Card data never touches this site

Payment happens at the door or at the counter, by card or cash. We do not process payments on this site and we do not store card data.

  • Refunds follow one written policy

The refund policy is part of these terms; it explains what qualifies, how to report an issue, and how a second review works.

Practical notes

What the terms mean when you pick up the phone

Most questions about the terms are really questions about the order itself. These notes answer the four situations that come up on the kitchen line most often, in the same plain words the clauses use.

If the window slips

A slipped window is not a broken contract — the range is a range, not a promise of a minute. Call the kitchen if the wait matters to the reason you ordered; if the delay has made the order wrong for you, the refund policy explains what can be done and how quickly.

If you order for a group

Large group orders work better by phone than through the site. Calling lets the kitchen tell you the real lead time for the volume, and it lets both sides agree on details — trays, timing, address — that fall outside the standard window.

If you are outside the map

Delivery areas and ZIP codes are listed on the delivery areas page. If your street is not on that list, call before you place anything — carrying a pie onto an unbudgeted route is what the window is meant to prevent.

If something arrives wrong

Call the kitchen first. It is the fastest route to a remake, a credit, or a different answer, and it lets the kitchen compare what left the pass with what arrived. Written routes exist too, but the phone call is what the policy calls out as the fastest.

Related documents

The rest of the paperwork in the same room

These terms are one of three short documents the kitchen publishes. The other two set out what happens to your data and how a refund or remake is decided; both are linked from the footer of every page on this site as well.
