Delivery areas & windows

Sixteen minutes from oven to your door.

Pizza de Weyz delivers from our Flatiron kitchen on 5th Avenue to a deliberately small slice of Manhattan, plus a handful of blocks in western Queens and Brooklyn. This page tells you which blocks we reach, what a realistic delivery window looks like, and how to confirm your own address before you order.

The zone, described

A small radius on purpose

We deliver from the Flatiron kitchen at 210 5th Ave, and the zone is deliberately small. A short radius is how we keep the pizza close to oven temperature instead of handing it off to a shared courier who has three other stops before yours. Everything below is written from the kitchen's own record: what we cover, what we do not, and how to confirm a specific address before you order.

Primary zone · Manhattan below 59th

Manhattan, from the East River across to the Hudson

Our main zone runs from the Flatiron kitchen across the whole of Manhattan below 59th Street. That includes Chelsea, Union Square, Gramercy, Kips Bay, Murray Hill, the East Village, the West Village, SoHo, Tribeca, the Financial District, and Midtown south of 59th.

Most of this zone is a fifteen- to twenty-five-minute drive from the kitchen in normal traffic, which is what keeps the pizza close to oven temperature when it arrives.

ZIP codes we take orders for

The exact list, in tabular type

If your ZIP is not on the list, call the kitchen and we will tell you whether your specific block is workable. Boundaries inside those ZIPs are not always obvious on a map — a building on the far side of a one-way street can be a different answer than one two blocks closer.

Before you order

What to check before you order

Four short checks that save a phone call and keep the wrong address off the kitchen's ticket.

  1. Check one

Call with cross streets, not just a ZIP

Give the kitchen the two cross streets and the building number. We will tell you yes or no on the spot. Do not rely on the ZIP code alone — a building on the far side of a one-way street can be a different answer than one two blocks closer.

  2. Check two

Note the buzzer code, loading zone, or freight entrance

Most walk-ups and doorman buildings work the same way: we ring, you answer, we hand over the box. If there is anything specific about getting into your building, leave it in the order note — it saves the driver a phone call and gets the pizza up sooner.

  3. Check three

Decide now whether the concierge can accept the box

For office buildings with a front desk, we are happy to leave the order with the concierge if that is your standing instruction. If you would rather come down and take it yourself, say so in the note — either works.

  4. Check four

Know whether you are above or below the minimum

There is a minimum order for delivery, shown to you before you confirm at checkout, and a flat delivery fee that depends on distance from the shop. Carryout has no minimum and no fee — adding a side usually closes the gap if you are short.

A short while at the door

If you are not there when the driver arrives we will call. We will wait a short while; beyond that, the pizza comes back to the shop and the order is subject to the standards on the refund policy page.

Outside the zone

When your block is outside the radius

If you are outside the covered area, carryout is available during all kitchen hours at the 5th Ave counter. Many customers on the Upper East Side or deeper into Brooklyn order carryout for exactly this reason.

Inside the zone

Delivery

  • 30 – 55 minute typical windows by area
  • Insulated bag from kitchen to hand
  • Text when the driver leaves
  • Minimum order and flat fee shown at checkout

Outside the zone

Carryout

  • Pie usually ready in about 18 minutes
  • No minimum order
  • No delivery fee
  • Available all kitchen hours

The 18-minute carryout figure is the average of the last six months of kitchen tickets for single-pie carryout orders taken during normal weekday service.

The record

What we promise, and where it comes from

A short ledger of the numbers and rules behind this page. Every line is written from the kitchen's own record — no marketing arithmetic.

Delivery windows shown on this page are typical, not guarantees. Peak weekend evenings add roughly ten minutes.
